Peanut Butter and Jam Dubai Style Chocolate
A little twist on a Dubai chocolate bar.
Instead of the more traditional pistachio cream that goes in a Dubai bar, we are going to use peanut butter and jam - a pb&j bar if you will!.
Pistachio Cream can be hard to get. I got mine in @dunnesstores the last time I made a Dubai bar. But obvs, peanut butter is very easy to find. And jam …
Katifi is another matter altogether. It’s not easy to find and I had to buy it online. You could of course, make it without this ingredient and then it would bear zero resemblance to a Dubai bar whatsoever!
These type of chocolate bars are actually very easy to make and great fun for kids to get involved with.
I’ll be making a similiar style chocolate bar in a school shortly as part of a @creativeireland project.

- divide the mixture between to two chocolate bars, ensuring it's spread evenly all over the bottom layer of chocolate
- Pop bars into the fridge for an hour to harden

- melt the remaining chocolate
- divide between the two bars and ensure all the mixture is covered
- allow set - and enjoy!
