3-ingredient Chocolate Blueberry Chia Seed Lollipops!

Fancy a sweet little treat that’s as easy as pie (but way less faff)? These cheeky Chocolate Chia Lollies are just the ticket – quick to whip up, a bit of a giggle to make with the kids, and packed with sneaky bits of goodness (hello, chia and blueberries!). They’re perfect for parties, after-school nibbles, or just because it’s Friday and you deserve a bit of chocolate on a stick. Let’s get stuck in, shall we?

3-ingredient Chocolate Blueberry Chia Seed Lollipops!

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate (70%)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • Handful blueberries
  • 6 Smarties (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt your dark chocolate
  2. Add chia seeds to the melted chocolate for extra fibre and protein (optional)
  3. Cut blueberries in half (Let the kids do this - using a kiddies food kutter )
  4. Pop the chocolate onto baking paper in circles
  5. Add a lollipop stick to each, covering the top of the stick so that it stays in place
  6. Pop a smartie in the middle of each lollipop and surround it with blueberries (cut side down)
  7. Pop in fridge for 30 minutes to set! Enjoy!
