We visit schools and preschools all over Leinster (and a little further afield!) to impart our love of healthy food to school children in a fun and engaging way. We help them overcome their fears around food (especially veggies!).

In schools, we like all the students to “make” so we work on an interactive basis with all pupils making their own version of a recipe.

**COOKING IN Primary Schools**

Options for primary school visits include food education or simple cooking workshops for year groups or the whole school. Each pupil will have the chance to make their own version of simple recipes.
We work with children of all ages from Junior Infants to 6th class as well as working with children with special needs.
**Sample food workshops :**
- A sensory food journey
- Food Listening
- Healthy Smoothies (Chuck loves this one!)
**Sample simple cooking workshops** - we provide all equipment and food required for simple, “at the desk” cooking
