Healthier S’mores
A healthier take on s’mores!
I was invited by the lovely Kyra of @glampingunderstars to come for a visit and I’ve been dying to come for ages to this quirky glamping site - home of the ‘Hobbit Houses’!
And of course s’mores were on the menu - which we made in the cosy fire pit at @glampingunderstars .
Inspired by a healthier version of traditional s’mores from @momables , we used apple slices instead of Graham crackers.
Your kids will love making these … especially if they’re allowed toast their own marshmallows!

Healthier S’mores
Ingredients
- apple slices
- marshmallows
- dark chocolate
- sticks
Instructions
- toast your marshmallows until soft and charred - be careful they don’t totally collapse into the fire though 🫣🤪
- meanwhile, slice an apple finely
- sandwich the toasted marshmallow between 2 slices of apple and of course, a square of your fav chocolate- I used dark chocolate
