Edible Christmas Decoration

Your kids will love making these very cute, 2 ingredient chocolate pretzel wreaths! Great as a (delicate) gift or place setting…!

And, while you get in with the 16 gazillion jobs you have to do, it might keep them quiet for 5 minutes!

They are so simple to make - the key is to make sure the chocolate at the base is touching so that it all sticks together.

I did 2 layers to make it more sturdy (although it did break when I dropped it on the floor …. still tasted yummy!

I used popped quinoa to up the nutrition and add protein but you could use any sprinkles you have - or nothing…!

Ingredients

  • Handful of 🥨- I used 8 per layer to make that circle shape
  • About 50g chocolate (use whatever chocolate you want)
  • Sprinkles/popped quinoa/mini sweets to decorate

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate
  2. Dip the end of each pretzel , one by one, into the chocolate and form into a circle - place on baking paper
  3. Add a second layer of pretzels
  4. Decorate as desired
  5. Allow 20 minutes or so to set
