2-ingredient Easy Cookies

The perfect easy recipe to make with the kids after school or at the weekend.

These 2-ingredient easy cookies are the ultimate fuss-free treat — no fancy mixers, no long list of ingredients, just a couple of things you probably already have at home.

And if you’re feeling fancy, drizzle them with melted dark chocolate for the ultimate treat!

Your kids can do most of the preparation work here:

  • mash banana

  • weight out the coconut

  • mix both together (use a big bowl for this to minimise mess!)

  • form into cookies
