Food on the Edge
I am delighted to have been invited to be an Ambassador at the upcoming Food on the Edge international chef’s symposium in Galway.
Happening on the 21st and 22nd October, it is a meeting of chefs from all over the world, brought together by JP McMahon and his team to discuss food. The future of food, food culture, food education and more.
As an Ambassador, we are invited to be part of this conversation and share our food story to date.
